I have been exploring clay for many years, gradually moving from casual interest to a deeper commitment. Since joining the Northern Clay Center studio community in October 2024, I've focused my practice on high-fire stoneware. My functional pieces seek a balance between architectural precision and the natural spontaneity, gesture, and chance that emerge through clay processes.
